IDA Pacific Northwest ConferenceThe Second Annual Pacific Northwest Conference of the International Dark Sky Associationís (IDA) northwest section, Dark Skies Northwest, will be held April 13, 2002, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the John Inskeep Environmental Learning Center, Clackamas Community College, Oregon City, Oregon, near Portland. Sponsored by the Rose City Astronomers, the conference will feature Elizabeth Alvarez, IDAís associate director, author Richard Berry, and many others.
