Show and Tell SAS Meeting

By Mary Ingersoll
July Meeting

Wednesday, July 19
7:30 p.m.

A-102 Physics-Astronomy Bldg.
University of Washington

Come early at 7 p.m. to visit with your fellow members.

Bring your slides for after the program.

JULY'S special speaker is you! Here's your chance to take over the meeting during "Independence Month." Bring your slides, pictures, videos, and new stuff to share. Bring your stories and experiences. We'll even have a mini swap meet, so bring stuff you want to sell.

Because the July meeting is only a few days before the Table Mountain Star Party, you may want to bring ideas to share with those who are heading up for the first time.

In the past, show and tell meetings have been very popular. Some of the topics discussed were telescope making, astrophotography, light pollution, interesting telescope designs, and all sorts of astronomical gadgets. The meeting will last as long as you have something to say. So, come and set this month's agenda.

The July Seattle Astronomical Society (SAS) meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on July 19. The meeting is in room A102 of the Physics/Astronomy building on the University of Washington campus, Seattle.
